Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Please be adviced that refunds are subject to an administrative fee of USD 75.00 for International candidates and RM 250.00 for Malaysian candidates.
- Cancellation on or before 30th April 2025: 50% refund.
- Cancellation after 30th April 2025: No refund.
If no refund is required but a change in participant registration is needed, then the Secretariat must be informed in writing via email to secretariat@amras.org.my
Payment Terms & Conditions
- Fees quoted are strictly for online registration and payment only.
- Fees are based on the current government taxation policy. In the event of any changes, the organiser reserves the right to amend the fees accordingly to reflect the new tax rate gazetted by the Malaysia Government.
- While the organiser has tried to ensure that the information provided on the website is accurate, it is however not responsible for any inadvertent errors made.
- The online registration will be considered null and void if the information provided by the participant is incorrect. The organiser reserves the right not to accept the registration in the event that the registration made is deemed fraudulent.
- All fees are accorded at the discretion of the organiser and are subject to change without advance notice.
- All fees must be paid in full when a registration is made. In the event the fees have not been paid in full for any reason whatsoever, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the registration.
- You hereby acknowledge and agree that your personal data has been given to us for the purposes of securing your participation in the 1st AMRAS 2025 International Congress. This may include and may not be limited to providing you with confirmation of the said registration, accounting and billing, validating credit or other payment cards, credit card payments, administrative and legal purposes (if any), statistical analysis as well as in helping us in any future dealings with you.
- You are solely responsible for obtaining all your valid travel and health documents to and from Malaysia. The organiser will not be responsible in any way if you are unable to attend the 1st AMRAS 2025 International Congress as a result of non-compliance with the requirements of the Malaysia Immigration Department and/or health authorities.
- In the event of non-participation in the 1st AMRAS 2025 International Congress for any reason whatsoever, the organiser will not be held responsible. Any fees paid for the said conference will be subject to the Cancellation Policy as stipulated in the Registration Guidelines.
- The organiser reserves the right to cancel or change the conditions related to the acceptance of registrations, as well as the fees published on the website without prior notice.
- Credit Card Authorisation Request (Third Party Credit Card Use) - "Third Party Credit Card Use" shall mean the name that appears on the credit card used to pay for the registration fees differs from the registrant's name. You are solely responsible for adhering to the organiser's guidelines with regards to the usage of another party's credit card other than your own. You are held solely responsible and accountable for any disputes that arise from the use of another party's credit card. The organiser reserves the right to request from you a copy or copies of any personal documentation required at any time to fulfil registrations made using another party's credit card. - Notice: The Payee is advised to refer to all online payments with reference to the OFFICIAL RECEIPT from Stripe, Inc and REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION from 1st AMRAS 2025 International Congress which are sent to the Payee's email address as indicated in the registration form, upon successful online payments only. Kindly refer to the Reference Number when directing each case.
