This Privacy Policy describes the ways in which Personal Information about individuals (“Users” or “you”) who register to and or attend the Ipsen PCa Week (the “Event”) may be collected and processed by Ipsen Pharma Singapore Pte Ltd, 20 Anson Road, #10-03 Twenty Anson, 079912 Singapore (“Ipsen”), the data controller.
THIS PRIVACY POLICY MAY PERIODICALLY CHANGE, BE MODIFIED, OR OTHERWISE UPDATED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION. However, your Personal Information (as defined below) will always be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy that was in effect at the time of collection.

Ipsen may collect Personal Information when you register to and or attend the Event, including full name, email address, mobile number and your specialty. If you wish to register to and or attend the Event, these categories of Personal Information are mandatory. When you register to the Event, we clearly label which information is required for registration, and which information is optional and may be given at your discretion. |

Your Personal Information will only be processed for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Ipsen, namely registering you to the Event and allowing you to attend the Event.
Your personal information will not be shared or otherwise distributed to third parties without your consent, except where we are required to do so because of an applicable law, court order or governmental regulation, or if such disclosure is otherwise necessary in support of any criminal or other legal investigation or proceeding here or abroad.
