Dr Jon Lillie is ECMO lead and paediatric intensivist at Evelina London Children’s with >1200 critical care admissions annually and the retrieval service covers a child population of 2.4 million. The PICU was at the heart of the COVID pandemic. His training included a fellowship at Starship Hospital, New Zealand in addition to experience across four London PICUs.
Research interests include: VV ECMO, ARDS, PIMS-TS/ MIS-C (clearly Jon likes acronyms). He has eight publications on MIS-C, including thrombosis on ECMO with a further publication accepted on thrombosis in MIS-C. He is an honorary lecturer for King’s College University London.
