Voo Teck Chuan

Dr Voo Teck Chuan is assistant professor at the Centre for Biomedical Ethics (CBmE), National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. He researches on ethical issues in healthcare and public health (current focus on epidemic response and preparedness). He serves in a number of advisory and ethics committees related to healthcare and research in Singapore and sits on the Ministry of Health’s National Medical Ethics Committee. He is a member of
the WHO Working Group on Ethics and COVID-19.
