Charley Greentree

Australia

Charley Greentree is an Emergency physician in Queensland, Australia also working for the University of Queensland’s MD Curriculum Redesign project as the Theme Lead for the Kind and Compassionate Professional. Charley is one of the founding members of WRAPEM (Wellness Resilience and Performance in Emergency Medicine, who have delivered a FOAMEd curriculum, blog, website, and conference). She holds roles within the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine in Continuing Professional Development, Education, Mentoring and Wellness, is a qualified mentor and ICF associated professional coach.
All of these activities are underpinned by intentionally integrating wellbeing sustainably into the workplace using (complexity) science that associates wellbeing with optimized clinical performance and improved patient outcome and safety.
