Since the start of the pandemic and the initial buzz around miracle therapies involving possible covid cure , the science and evidence around the pathophysiology , management and treatment of covid 19 and related complications have come along way and have been published and are widely practiced around the world .
Although numerous trials are still underway in order to find an effective antiviral drug for covid 19 and more therapies are being studied, however current approved treatments are used with variable success..
